Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
- Information you provide when you email us, submit a website form or arrange a strategy call, such as your name, business contact details, company and expansion goals.
- Appointment information processed when you use the Google Calendar booking link.
- Technical and usage information, such as page views, device and browser information, referrer and approximate location, when your cookie choices allow analytics.
- Your cookie and consent preferences.
Why do we use your data?
- To answer enquiries, arrange calls and take steps requested before entering into a business relationship.
- To provide and administer services and meet contractual or legal obligations.
- To operate, secure and improve the website based on our legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- To measure website use and marketing performance when you have consented to analytics cookies.
Who receives your data?
We use service providers to host and operate the website, manage cookie consent, provide analytics and arrange appointments. These currently include Hostinger, CookieYes, Google Analytics and Google Calendar. They process data under their own terms or on our instructions, depending on the service. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or other safeguards recognised by data-protection law. You may ask us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data.
How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiry and client data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain an appropriate record of our relationship, and to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. In Google Analytics, event data associated with cookies or identifiers is currently retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months; the user-data period resets on new activity. These settings do not control Google’s standard aggregated reports. Consent records follow the retention settings of CookieYes. We periodically review whether information is still needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, email grow@co-entrepreneur.net. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
Essential cookies support security, language and consent preferences. Optional analytics cookies are used only according to the choice you make in the consent banner. You can reopen the cookie settings from the consent widget and change your choice.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
